At its core, Visual Management is about streamlining communication across an organisation, ensuring employees (learners) are engaged, and the workforce is aligned with company goals. The benefits of Visual Management are clear and can be seen in productivity improvements, reduced defects, improved on-time delivery, reduced waste and increased profitability.
This skill set is delivered through Smart and Skilled, a reform of the NSW Vocational Education and Training (VET) system. This training is subsidised by the NSW Government and covered by the Skilling for Recovery initiative which makes this training *fee-free. *eligibility criteria apply.
A practical training approach designed to teach learners how to design and implement Visual Management within their workplace. The program gives learners and employers the tools necessary to design, implement and manage Visual Management boards in the workplace, which are designed to assist businesses to manage their goals and objectives, communication strategies, and improvement strategies using this proven tailored Lean training and consultation program.
Corporate Partners training is based on years of experience working in businesses to apply tools and processes to real “live work issues” and deliver a tangible benefit to the business. Employees will learn proven leadership skills that will equip them to be able to better prepare to lead and motivate their teams.
Learners will also have the opportunity and pathway to use the units towards a full qualification which could include MSM30316 Certificate IIV in Competitive Systems and Practices and MSS40316 Certificate IV Competitive Systems and Practices.

Typically, the implementation work will be undertaken with a combination of theory and projects. Corporate Partners programs are delivered through structured on-the-job learning, workshops and include one-to-one guidance and coaching for clients when required.
Training and Assessment sessions are conducted with the learners in a client company workplace, on the job, utilising the company’s facilities or blended with online training sessions . This program is ideal for skills development and demonstrating competency so any skills program should incorporate or be embedded within real work activities.
The program is designed with 12 sessions , usually 1.5 hours for each session in total over a period of 3 months. This takes into consideration any holidays, peak business period and any other breaks.
